Marks & Spencer Adds Custom Matcha Drinks and Summer Items to Cafe Menu

Marks & Spencer has introduced a summer menu at its cafes that centers on a customizable matcha drink line. The company said the range is its most extensive summer drinks selection to date. Customers can choose milk type, syrup, and serving temperature for the matcha beverages. The drinks use PerfectTed ceremonial-grade matcha and include six new options.

Two featured syrup flavors are Custard Cream and Almond Croissant. These are available hot or over ice. Other drinks include an Iced Mango Matcha made with fruit purée and oat milk, and an Iced Strawberry Shortcake Matcha sweetened with agave and topped with biscuit crumb. 50 comes with whipped cream and an M&S Extra Cream Custard Cream biscuit. 30.
