EngadgetMarshall announced the Stockwell III portable Bluetooth speaker on June 9, 2026. The new model offers more than 40 hours of playback per charge, double the 20 hours provided by the Stockwell II released in 2019. The speaker weighs under three pounds and carries an IP55 dust and water resistance rating.
It includes a PU leather carry strap, velvet lining, and a brass control panel with dedicated media controls and a customizable sound-profile button. Marshall’s proprietary True Stereophonic technology provides 360-degree audio. A dynamic loudness algorithm maintains balanced bass, mids, and treble at any volume and heightens bass and treble at lower volumes.
The Stockwell III functions as a USB-C power bank for charging other devices. Many components are modular and user-replaceable, including the strap, battery, front and rear grilles, and protective silicone sleeve. The speaker is available immediately for $250 directly from Marshall in two colorways.
It will reach big-box retailers on August 4. The Stockwell III is Marshall’s first portable-speaker refresh since 2019 and retains the brand’s road-ready guitar-amp styling with its signature carrying strap and retro aesthetic.
