While specifics remain in flux, Anthropic would pay Meta in monthly increments over the two-year period if an agreement is reached, and either party would be permitted to exit early.
Meta is standing up a cloud business to sell excess computing capacity from its data-center buildout, according to reporting by ZeroHedge. The company has said it may build more data centers than it needs based on the number of customers using its AI products.

That strategy could help xAI generate more than $50 billion in revenue by 2028 and $100 billion by 2030.
