A Michigan tenant said a security camera recorded his landlord having sex on the living-room couch before the landlord walked naked into the kitchen. Javon Crawford told Fox 2 Detroit that the footage appeared on his phone while he and his wife were at a hospital visiting a relative.

The video showed a woman with her legs raised and the landlord engaged in sex, according to the station. Crawford said the landlord was supposed to be removing dead birds from the attic at the time. After the encounter, the landlord walked back and forth naked in the kitchen, Crawford stated.

The landlord declined to comment when contacted by the station. Prosecutors told the station that the landlord could face trespassing charges or a civil suit for lease violations. Crawford and his wife cleaned the living room after viewing the footage and sent the video to police. It remains unclear whether criminal charges will be filed.
