Microbot Medical Schedules Conference Call to Address Third-Party Article

Microbot Medical Inc. m. ET. The company said the event will cover recent progress on the full market release of its LIBERTY Endovascular Robotic System. Executives plan to address what they called misleading statements and misrepresentations contained in a recent unaffiliated third-party article.

The company stated that a Wall Street firm has published a research report refuting claims made in that article. The same report references a vascular surgeon who disputes many assertions attributed to him in the third-party piece. Microbot Medical said it intends to correct certain statements to ensure the investing public has accurate information.

Harel Gadot, the company's Chairman, CEO and President, will be joined by other senior executives on the call. Dr. Charles Briggs, a vascular surgeon and user of the LIBERTY System at Tampa General Hospital, is scheduled to share his experience with the technology.

Dr. Briggs will also address inaccuracies the company said were attributed to him in the third-party article.

Participation by Additional Physician Dr.

Zachary Bercu, another current user of the LIBERTY Endovascular Robotic System, will also participate in the conference call. The company develops and distributes the robotic platform for use in endovascular procedures. The full market release of the system is currently underway.
