Minimed Group Tops $3B Revenue in FY2026 With 8% Organic Growth but U.S. Sales Slow Sharply

The diabetes technology company posted 8% organic revenue growth for the year and 8.7% growth in the fourth quarter after going public in March.

Minimed Group reported record fiscal 2026 revenue that surpassed $3 billion for the first time, according to Benzinga. The company achieved 8% organic revenue growth for the full year. 7% organically, Benzinga reported.

CGM revenue grew in the mid-teens in the fourth quarter and consumables revenue grew in the mid-single digits. The company serves 659,000 pump users worldwide. Minimed Group went public in early March 2026 after operating as part of Medtronic.

In the same period the company received CE mark approval for the Instinct sensor made by Abbott with the MiniMed 7080G a year ahead of schedule. It also received FDA clearance for MiniMed Flex six months early. MiniMed Flex pre-orders began the week of June 3, 2026, with shipments scheduled to start in a couple of weeks.

The system is half the size of the 780G, features a 300-unit reservoir and uses app-based control. MiniMed Go, a smart multiple daily injection system, launched in Europe in late February 2026 and in the United States the week of June 3. The MiniMed 780G with Instinct sensor begins rolling out internationally later this month.

MiniMed Fit, a patch pump, is expected to be submitted to the FDA by fall 2026 with a commercial launch planned for 2027. Initial manufacturing capacity is expected to serve 20,000 patients at launch. Vivera, a fully closed loop algorithm, showed feasibility data at the ATTD conference in March 2026.

U.S. pivotal trial reached approximately 50% of target as of the earnings call, with a launch still planned for 2027. Management expects approximately 10% organic revenue growth for fiscal 2027.
