The affected product is the single-unit 1-fluid-ounce (30 mL) bottle, lot number 5950, with an expiration date of February 2028. Approximately 585 units were sold between April 2 and April 24.

Only this specific lot is included; other Beekeeper’s Naturals nasal sprays are not affected. The company stated the product may cause serious infections such as invasive sinusitis and lung infections in people with weakened immune systems or lung disease. Symptoms can include cough, shortness of breath, fever, and coughing up blood.
