NASCAR Cup Series Race Scheduled at Pocono Raceway Sunday

Usa TodayThe NASCAR Cup Series will hold the Great American Getaway 400 at Pocono Raceway in Long Pond, Pennsylvania, on Sunday. The race is scheduled to start at 3 p.m. ET and will cover 160 laps on the 2.5-mile track. Prime Video will carry the broadcast, with pre-race coverage beginning at 2 p.m. ET.
Stage lengths are set at 30 laps for Stage 1 and 65 laps each for Stages 2 and 3. MRN will provide live radio coverage, and individual driver cameras will be available on HBO Max. The event marks the final race to determine seeding for the five-race in-season challenge that begins June 28 at Sonoma.
Sunday's race at Michigan drew 2.07 million viewers on Prime Video, a 17 percent increase from the prior year. Amazon's platform has two Cup Series races remaining before coverage shifts to TNT. Pocono Raceway has hosted Cup Series events since 1971. Last year's race ended with a weather delay before the winner took the checkered flag.
