NASCAR Driver Kyle Busch Dies at Age 41

Kyle Busch, a NASCAR driver for two decades, died at age 41. Tributes appeared on social media from drivers and public figures. Blake Shelton wrote that he first met Busch at age 20 and called him a legend. William Shatner expressed sadness and offered condolences to the family.

Jr. posted that he and Busch had resolved long-standing differences after a conversation in Busch's bus. He described Busch as one of the greatest drivers in NASCAR history and said he was thankful the two had become friends. Clint Bowyer said he had spoken with Busch on Friday and expressed shock at the news.

Joey Logano called Busch a champion and feared competitor who made an impact on and off the track. William Byron credited Busch with mentoring him and shaping his career. Brad Keselowski recalled competing against Busch and said the two had pushed each other to perform at a high level.

Denny Hamlin, Kyle Larson, and Mark Martin also posted messages of condolence.
