Nationals frontbencher Bridget McKenzie said she would not rule out a coalition involving the Liberal Party, the Nationals and One Nation after the next federal election. Pressed on Channel Seven, McKenzie said the parties would respond to voter decisions after the election.

"The people will cast their vote and we will deal with the outcome of that post-election, because we have to get rid of the Labor Party," she said. McKenzie added she was open to removing the Australian Labor Party and Anthony Albanese from office.

Former prime minister Tony Abbott said Liberal voters felt let down by past coalition governments, including his own. He linked that dissatisfaction to the rise of One Nation. Speaking at a book launch in Washington DC, Abbott compared One Nation to the MAGA movement in the United States.

He described the Abbott-Turnbull-Morrison government as a letdown to many supporters. Abbott said a lack of conviction contributed to the Liberal Party's performance in the 2025 election.

The statement cited settler violence against Palestinians. The countries said they would take coordinated action against extremist settlers and would consider additional measures if the Israeli government does not act. The statement urged Israel to investigate attacks, act against outposts that allow violence, and stop incitement.
