Landry Shamet and Cameron Aimonetti posted photos of their engagement on Instagram Tuesday. The images showed the couple on a boat in Lake Como, Italy. One photo captured Shamet pointing at a ring on Aimonetti’s left hand.
Background on the couple The two have appeared together in public since July 2019. They have posted joint photos since at least September 2024. Aimonetti wrote that Shamet played a key role in the Knicks’ first championship since 1973. She described the mental strength required to reach that point.
Contract details Shamet signed a four-year, $24 million contract after the title win. The deal keeps him with the Knicks for the next several seasons.
