He said the country is “stronger than ever” and will pursue new regional alliances. S. President Donald Trump concluded a peace deal with Iran on June 14. ” He added that the United States would hold “strong policing powers” to verify compliance.
U.S. Vice President JD Vance described the agreement as performance-based and said it would require Iran to abandon its nuclear weapons program and cease funding terrorist activities across the Middle East. He told ABC’s “Good Morning America” that the deal would benefit Israel, Gulf states, the United States, and potentially Iran itself.
