Netflix Reports $12.56 Billion Revenue in Second Quarter

Netflix reported revenue of $12.56 billion for the second quarter of 2026, matching the consensus estimate. Earnings per share reached $0.80, above the $0.79 expected by analysts. Operating income totaled $4.27 billion and net income came to $3.401 billion. Free cash flow for the quarter was $1.53 billion. Revenue grew 13 percent from the prior year.

The company guided for third-quarter revenue of $12.86 billion and earnings per share of $0.82. It also projected third-quarter operating income of $4.27 billion and an operating margin of 33.2 percent.

For the full year, Netflix narrowed its revenue forecast to a range of $51.0 billion to $51.4 billion, implying growth of 13 percent to 14 percent. It maintained its outlook for an operating margin of 31.5 percent. The company said advertising revenue remains on track to reach about $3 billion in 2026.
