NHL sets 2026 draft order for 224 selections in Buffalo
The draft will be held June 26-27 at KeyBank Center. Order reflects regular-season standings, playoff results, and a May 5 lottery won by two teams.

The 2026 NHL draft will take place at KeyBank Center in Buffalo on June 26 for Round 1 and June 27 for Rounds 2-7. The order for each round follows teams' 2025-26 regular-season finish and 2026 Stanley Cup playoff results. The top of the first round was adjusted by a draft lottery held May 5.
Two teams won the lottery draws. The full list of 224 selections across seven rounds was released after the lottery and the Stanley Cup Final.
