North Korean Embassy in Beijing Adds 25 Photos to Outdoor Bulletin Board
The display now includes six images of Kim Jong-un's daughter Ju-ae. Yonhap reported the July 1 change at the embassy gate in the Chinese capital.

The North Korean Embassy in Beijing updated the photos on its outdoor bulletin board beside the main gate on July 1, adding 25 new images. A central portrait of Kim Jong-un is flanked by 12 photos on either side. Most of the new images come from his inspection trips between 2016 and February 2026, Yonhap reported.
Two of the additions date from February 2026. One shows Kim at a livestock farm. The other depicts him at a construction completion ceremony with his daughter Ju-ae. The update raised the total number of photos featuring Ju-ae to six, from three recorded in March 2026.
None of the captions identify her by name. The embassy changes the display irregularly. In July 2018 it showed images of Kim's summit meetings with then South Korean President Moon Jae-in, U.S. President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping.
Xi's images appeared again in early 2019 and in 2020.
