" The local policing team in Flintshire North noted that many callouts involve neighbor disputes that do not meet criminal thresholds, underscoring the need for alternative resolution channels.

Across the past four daily reports from the Flintshire North team, 14 callouts have been linked to anti-social behaviour incidents.

Recent Detention for False Calls On April 7, officers from the North Wales Police Flintshire North team detained a person for repeatedly making false calls to both police and fire services.

The individual detained on April 7 was held for 'persistently making use of (the) public communication network to cause annoyance/inconvenience/anxiety'. This incident highlights the ongoing issues with resource demands from non-emergency contacts in the area.
