Northern Irish Director Colin McIvor Signs with Anonymous Content After Film Release

Northern Irish writer and director Colin McIvor signed with Anonymous Content for representation, Variety reported. The signing was announced on April 27, 2026. Anonymous Content manages talent in film and television.

The signing followed the recent release of McIvor's film 'No Ordinary Heist' in North America. Epic Pictures released 'No Ordinary Heist' in theaters on April 24, 2026. A video-on-demand release of 'No Ordinary Heist' is set for April 27, 2026.

'No Ordinary Heist' was directed and co-written by Colin McIvor. The film is based on events from Belfast in December 2004. 5 million robbery, equivalent to $36 million, to protect their families.

The crime in 'No Ordinary Heist' was executed without the gang entering the bank. The film stars Éanna Hardwicke and Eddie Marsan in lead roles. The supporting cast of 'No Ordinary Heist' includes Eva Birthistle, Desmond Eastwood, and Michelle Fairley.

'No Ordinary Heist' premiered at the 2026 Santa Barbara Film Festival. The film was released in Ireland in late March 2026. McIvor's debut feature 'Cup Cake' was released in 2010. 'Cup Cake' won best feature at the Rhode Island International Film Festival.
