Ollin Biosciences raises $330 million in Series B funding

Ollin Biosciences raised $330 million in a Series B funding round to finance Phase 3 trials of a treatment for diabetic macular edema and wet age-related macular degeneration, Stat reported on June 24, 2026. The conditions affect millions of Americans and can lead to vision loss.

TCGX and ARCH Venture Partners co-led the round, which drew established biotech investors, a pension fund, and crossover investors who often take positions shortly before a company lists on public markets.

Stat reported that the round ranks among the largest Series B financings for a biotech company in the past two years. The company told Stat the proceeds will support the late-stage studies.
