Oracle Reports Record Q4 Revenue of $19.2 Billion, Up 21 Percent
Oracle Corporation posted fourth-quarter revenue of $19.2 billion, a 21 percent increase from the prior year. Cloud infrastructure revenue rose 93 percent while cloud applications grew 10 percent.
BenzingaOracle Corporation reported fourth-quarter revenue of $19.2 billion for fiscal year 2026, a 21 percent increase, during its earnings call on Wednesday. Cloud infrastructure revenue grew 93 percent, driven by demand for AI workloads and database services. Cloud applications revenue rose 10 percent.
Non-GAAP operating income increased 22 percent to $8.6 billion.
Non-GAAP earnings per share reached $2.11, up 24 percent, partly due to a one-time net gain on investments. Remaining performance obligations totaled $638 billion at quarter end.
The company plans capital expenditures with a net cash outlay of $70 billion. Oracle expects to raise about $40 billion in debt and equity to fund infrastructure investments. For fiscal year 2027, Oracle projects revenue growth of 34 percent and non-GAAP EPS growth of 18 percent.
The company delivered over 1,000 AI agents across its applications and introduced new pricing models. Cloud database revenue grew 29 percent and multi-cloud revenue increased 404 percent year over year. AI infrastructure contracts reached $67 billion in the quarter.
