Ottawa Councillor Acclaimed as Federation of Canadian Municipalities President
Beacon Hill-Cyrville Councillor Tim Tierney was selected as the next president of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities during its annual conference. The organization represents nearly 2,000 municipalities across Canada.

Background on the Organization Tierney stated he was "honoured to represent municipalities from coast to coast to coast."
