A Palm Beach oceanfront townhouse sold for $17 million after its listing price was adjusted several times over two years. The property at 2 Sloans Curve Dr. is part of a gated community and is located five minutes from Mar-a-Lago. The seller purchased the home for $10 million in April 2023.

It was first listed eight months later at $21 million, later reduced to $19.9 million, then raised to $24.95 million before returning to $19.9 million in April.

It features a chef’s kitchen with double-height ceilings, a formal living room with a skylight, a bar area, and ocean views from the main rooms.
