He gained attention online for his physical resemblance to Jeffrey Epstein, though he stated there is no relation. Epstein maintained a waterfront residence in Palm Beach.
In a podcast interview on "The Nicky Gordo Show," Simel outlined plans to offer residents free dog walking, fitness classes, Botox treatments, and mother-in-law therapy. He also proposed importing water from New York City to improve local bagels and pizza, and said his website calls for building a pipeline to bring in that water.
Simel further stated he would provide every resident a free convertible vehicle for 12 months and fund expanded pickleball, padel, and tennis facilities. It remains unclear whether Simel has filed official paperwork to appear on the 2028 ballot. Danielle H.
