Panasonic Releases Limited-Edition Lumix L10 Fixed-Lens Camera
The Lumix L10 features a 20.4MP sensor shared with the GH7, a fixed 24-75mm Leica lens and advanced autofocus capabilities. Panasonic announced the Lumix L10, a compact fixed-lens camera targeted at photographers, on May 12, 2026. The announcement celebrates the 25th anniversary of the Lumix brand. The camera became available for preorder the same day.

The camera features a magnesium alloy front case and a metal exterior partially wrapped in a textured finish designed to look like saffiano leather. 4MP back-illuminated CMOS sensor as the Lumix GH7. While the GH7 is built for video, the Lumix L10 is designed primarily for still photography.
It can capture 4K video at up to 120fps and records in formats including Panasonic’s MP4 Lite. Its compact size limits its heat dissipation capabilities which limits recording length. 8.
The lens aperture is adjustable through a lens ring. It allows macro shooting with autofocus as close as 3cm. The camera’s phase hybrid focus system uses 779 autofocus points. It employs an AI-based real-time recognition system capable of locking onto eyes, faces, bodies, animals, or vehicles.
High-speed shooting reaches up to 30fps using an electronic shutter and up to 11fps using a mechanical shutter. 36-million-dot OLED viewfinder. A dedicated button allows loading and applying different types of color effects and simulated film styles.
These effects can be customized using Panasonic’s Lumix Lab mobile app and uploaded to the camera.
