Paris woman spends about $20,000 on cosmetic procedures after 2023 breakup
Sasha Sechenova, 28, underwent dental work, rhinoplasty, weight loss, and non-surgical treatments between 2023 and 2025. The Paris-based consultant said the changes cost roughly $20,000 and were intended to support her social-media career.
Sasha Sechenova began a series of cosmetic and weight-loss procedures in the summer of 2023 after ending a four-year relationship. At the time she weighed 176 pounds at a height of 5 feet 2 inches. Sechenova first adopted a keto diet and later joined a luxury gym. In spring 2024 she traveled to Turkey for dental veneers that cost $7,700.
Rhinoplasty and additional treatments Three months after the dental work, Sechenova returned to Turkey for rhinoplasty priced at $5,500. She also received Botox, lip injections, and high-intensity focused ultrasound treatments in Paris. In November 2025 she was prescribed Mounjaro.
Her weight fell to 119 pounds. Sechenova said total costs, including maintenance such as hair color and skincare, reached about $20,000. She stated the procedures were undertaken to improve her appearance for social-media work. Social-media users have questioned whether the before-and-after images were altered by artificial intelligence.
