Officers observed a full bar stocked with alcoholic beverages, numerous red Solo cups, and a prevalent smell of alcohol inside the home, according to the police affidavit. The Moores were present and invited officers inside to assist with the event. One witness told police that the couple stood at the garage entrance checking names against a guest list for the "guest list only" party.
Michael Moore, 56, told officers he had hired a bouncer who did not appear. Court documents state that many of the approximately 150 attendees were underage and appeared intoxicated. The two misdemeanor charges were filed more than six months after the incident.
