Infrared footage shows the object struck and fragmenting in a radial pattern. The War Department did not identify recovered debris or confirm recovery attempts. A separate eight-minute edited clip depicts four objects moving in formation, described as areas of contrast that became indistinct as video quality degraded. The date and location of that formation were not disclosed.
