Perspective Therapeutics to Present Clinical Updates at 2026 ASCO Meeting

Six of seven patients in the 3.0 mCi monotherapy cohort experienced stable disease or partial response. Four patients completed all three treatments with at least 24 weeks of follow-up, and two remain on treatment. The company reported no dose-limiting toxicities, no discontinuations due to adverse events, and no Grade 4 or Grade 5 treatment-emergent adverse events in the melanoma study.
Therapeutics also plans to present updated interim data from its [²¹²Pb]VMT-α-NET study in neuroendocrine tumors, showing continued deepening of responses through an April 17, 2026 data cutoff. The company will report that its [²¹²Pb]PSV359 program in FAP-expressing solid tumors has advanced to Cohort 3, with initial safety findings limited to Grade 1 and Grade 2 adverse events and no dose-limiting toxicities.
All three programs continue to be well-tolerated in patients who received at least one treatment, according to the announcement.
