Poland Seeks to Keep U.S. Troops After Pentagon Cancels Rotation
Polish leaders expressed concern after the Pentagon canceled a planned nine-month deployment of more than 4,000 U.S. soldiers to Eastern Europe. Officials highlighted Poland's more than $50 billion in U.S. weapons purchases and current hosting of about 10,000 American troops.
