Police are investigating an assault on a 22-year-old Jewish man who was visiting London from Israel. The victim suffered injuries to his face, neck and back during the attack in The Grove, Golders Green, in the early hours of Monday. The man told the BBC he was speaking to friends on the phone when a group of about five men swore at him and attacked him.
