Polish authorities had accused him of large-scale fraud and money laundering offenses involving more than 5,000 victims, and Interpol sought him in connection with $30 million in alleged schemes. He was taken into custody without incident, and the arrest caused only minor disruption to other enlistees’ training. S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri on May 20.
