The film receives support from Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland, BCP Asset Management, the Swiss Federal Office of Culture, Eurimages, RTS/SSR SRG, Cinéforom, and Praesens-Film.

'High End' is produced by Cuala Films in co-production with Smoke Puppy in the UK and Rita Productions in Geneva, in association with Sleeper Films, Carte Blanche, and Onsight. , Kyle Stroud, Tony Maher, Edmund Tuckett, Michael Wood, Nicolas Sampson, and Arno Hazebroek. The screenplay was developed with backing from the BFI and Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland.

This is Campbell-Hughes' second feature film following 'It Is In Us All,' which received the Extraordinary Cinematic Vision Award at SXSW in 2022.
