The same account stated that the transaction was completed and the buyer now owns the property. Another post described the purchase of a penthouse directly above an existing residence that was then converted into a controlled environment for cacti.

A cleaner reported being hired to travel with a family to an upstate holiday home. The cleaner changed beds and performed daily hotel-style service even though the family stayed only on weekends. During the return trip the husband attempted to smoke in a hired car. When the driver objected, the husband placed approximately $1,000 in cash on the dashboard and continued smoking.

A private chef described preparing meals for two dogs that had been cloned from an earlier pet.
