The Kentucky Republican showcased the filing on social media Monday with a caveat that he has not decided which office to seek if he runs.
The primary race for Kentucky’s 4th Congressional District set a record with more than $32 million spent on advertising. Pro-Israel groups spent millions in independent expenditures to defeat Massie. Massie lost by a nine-point margin. The challenger received over $63,000 in direct PAC donations and more than $11.8 million in independent expenditures.
Massie voted against the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and pushed legislation to release Department of Justice files on Jeffrey Epstein. He argued that strikes on Iran were unconstitutional and stated that Israel “forced our hand and dragged us” into the conflict that began February 28.
