Rippling introduced Rippling Data Cloud, which combines data movement, storage, transformation and visualization inside its human capital management system. The product is already used by 560 companies and generates $5 million to $7 million in monthly revenue.
wallstreetpit.comRippling launched Rippling Data Cloud, a product that combines data movement, storage, transformation and visualization inside its human capital management system. Parker Conrad, the company’s CEO, demonstrated the tool from his San Francisco office by building live dashboards that analyze performance ratings, promotion rates by department and salary ratios down to the individual level.
One dashboard cross-references Salesforce support ticket volume with employee scheduling data.
It showed the enrollments team severely understaffed and the travel team carrying more than double the unresolved tickets of the platform team. A third dashboard combined Anthropic usage logs, GitHub pull request data and Rippling performance ratings to track AI tool value by engineer. High-performing engineers accounted for the highest AI token spend.
Engineers with high spend and high peer code-review rejection rates had their spending limits cut. The product can be configured to alert managers or automatically shut off access when employees exceed spending thresholds. The base SKU of Rippling AI bundled with the Data Cloud costs about $20 per month plus usage-based charges.
One employee had reached a $30,000 annual run rate on Claude usage for calendar and email analysis before the company adjusted access. Rippling has since moved a substantial portion of its AI workloads from Anthropic to OpenAI’s 5.5 model, which Conrad said is both better and more cost-effective for current tasks.
