Rubio also addressed the status of talks with Iran.

He said negotiators are exchanging language on an initial document and that the process will require additional time. "There's a lot of talking back and forth" about specific wording, he told reporters. The negotiating language of the deal with Iran could "take a few days," Rubio added.
