A residential building in Kyiv partially collapsed, destroying 18 apartments. Two men aged 21 and 30 and one unidentified woman were found dead in the rubble of the building's destroyed entrance. A man died in hospital after a petrol station in Kyiv was attacked, according to Kyiv police.
