The confirmation followed today's session of the exchange's Listings and Market Operations Committee and was made in accordance with Article 2, paragraph 4 of Law 3371/2005.
The company said it expects to announce the date on which trading will commence after the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission approves the required prospectus. Piraeus Bank S.A. is serving as listing advisor. Potamitis Vekris Law Firm provided legal counsel on Greek law matters, and White & Case LLP served as global legal counsel.
