Sailor Brinkley Cook Discusses Hamptons Life and Career

Model and content creator Sailor Brinkley Cook described her role as an advocate for the Hamptons during an interview with Alexa. She said she aims to present the area positively despite summer crowds. Brinkley Cook grew up on the Tower Hill estate in Bridgehampton.

The property includes a main house and guesthouse with 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms across more than 20 acres. She said her family remains central to her life. Her mother is model Christie Brinkley and her father is real estate agent and architect Peter H.

Cook addressed comparisons that come with having a well-known parent. She said she has learned to accept the attention while focusing on her own work. She signed with IMG Models at age 15 and later appeared in campaigns and editorials. She posed with her mother and sister in her first Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue and returned as a solo model in 2018.

Brinkley Cook said she experienced self-doubt and body image concerns during her early career. She said she has used therapy to manage those feelings.

She recently signed with Ford Models and works as a content creator for BrainJuice liquid supplements. She said she is open to new creative projects. In 2019, she replaced her mother on Season 28 of Dancing With the Stars after her mother broke her arm. She competed in six dances before elimination. Brinkley Cook said she now tries to accept opportunities that push her beyond her comfort zone.
