Sanctioned Iranian LPG Vessel Moves Beyond US Navy Perimeter Near Iran

A US-sanctioned vessel carrying Iranian LPG has exfiltrated the US Navy blockade perimeter around Iran, @TankerTrackers reported. The vessel, identified as XAVIA with IMO number 9052331, loaded its cargo in Assaluyeh, Iran, three weeks ago. @TankerTrackers spotted the loading activity at that time.

XAVIA was last seen two days ago at its AIS-reported position off of Sohar, Oman, according to @TankerTrackers. The tracking service noted the vessel's position based on automatic identification system data. A US Navy blockade perimeter exists around Iran, as detailed by @TankerTrackers in their reporting.
