Vice President Sara Duterte recorded a net satisfaction rating of +29 in a Social Weather Stations survey conducted from March 24-31, 2026. Rappler reported the result on June 2, 2026. The figure marked a 44-point decline from her +73 rating in October 2022.

Her satisfaction rating reached a peak of +77 in December 2022. It remained above +60 through June 2023 before falling to +57 in September 2023. The rating stood at +61 in December 2023 and +63 in March 2024.

The Commission on Audit flagged P125 million in confidential funds spent by the Office of the Vice President in its report on the 2022 budget. The same report showed the funds were spent in 11 days. Ramil Madriaga later told a House justice committee the money was used in less than 24 hours.

The Office of the Vice President requested an additional budget from the Department of Budget and Management in August 2022. Duterte’s rating fell to +44 in June 2024. It dropped further to +27 in September 2024 and +21 in December 2024.

The first impeachment complaint was filed on December 2, 2024. A second complaint followed on December 4, 2024, and a third on December 19, 2024. Her rating reached a low of +15 in January 2025. The House of Representatives impeached her for the first time in February 2025.

The Senate impeachment court archived the case in May 2025. The Supreme Court blocked it on July 25, 2025. Former President Rodrigo Duterte was arrested on March 11, 2025, and detained at the International Criminal Court in The Hague.

Duterte’s rating rose to +19 in February 2025 and +30 in April 2025. It stood at +22 in September 2025 and +28 in November 2025. Duterte announced her 2028 presidential candidacy on February 18, 2026.

The House voted 257-61 to impeach her a second time. The Senate impeachment trial is scheduled to begin on July 6, 2026. Her net trust rating followed a similar pattern. It stood at +45 in July 2024, fell to +29 in September 2024, and reached +19 in January 2025.

The trust rating climbed to +38 in June 2025 before settling at +31 in November 2025.
