Saudi Arabia Loads Four Supertankers at Once in Persian Gulf

Four supertankers are taking on crude oil at the same time in the Persian Gulf. Two vessels began loading yesterday at the single-point moorings near Ju'aymah. Their automatic identification system signals were visible, and a third tanker was waiting nearby.

This morning, two additional tankers started loading at Ras Tanura's Sea Islands terminal, described as the world's largest oil export facility. One of those vessels is broadcasting its position on AIS while the other remains dark. The activity marks a concentrated period of exports from the two terminals.
