Saudi Arabia appears set to restart oil loadings inside the Persian Gulf at both the Ju’aymah and Ras Tanura terminals. Three Saudi-owned VLCCs currently in ballast are concentrating around the Ju’aymah terminal, which has six single point moorings. Loadings there, if they occur, would be the first known since early March.
