The offer covered EUR 250,000,000 Fixed to Reset Rate Subordinated Notes due 5 June 2047, identified by ISIN FR0012770063, and EUR 500,000,000 Fixed to Reset Rate Subordinated Notes due 27 May 2048, identified by ISIN FR0013179314.
The 2047 Notes were issued on 5 June 2015 and carry a first call date of 5 June 2027.
