Second-year player posts double figures in all four Summer League games

A second-year player recorded 20 points, 10 rebounds and five steals in an 83-76 loss while averaging 15 points on 64.7 percent shooting, 8.8 rebounds and 2.8 steals across four Summer League appearances. The player has been asked to play center despite standing 6-foot-7 and has scored in double figures in every game from the California Classic through Las Vegas.

Performance and role An assistant coach said the player is an outstanding teammate who plays as hard as anybody on the court and would fill any position required. The player stated that the approach is to control everything possible and to do whatever the team needs.

Other roster notes Another player has scored 11 points on 1-for-28 shooting through four appearances. Two additional players were rested on Saturday but are expected to play Tuesday. A player making a debut finished with nine points on 1-for-8 shooting. A fourth player posted 20 points on 9-for-16 shooting with five rebounds and four turnovers.
