Simplicity Cremations Offers £1,799 Direct Cremation Plan Across England and Scotland
Simplicity Cremations, owned by Dignity Funerals Ltd, provides a direct cremation service priced at £1,799. The plan covers collection, cremation, and return of ashes with no hidden fees.
Simplicity Cremations operates 45 facilities in England and Scotland and offers a direct cremation plan priced at £1,799. The service includes collection of the deceased, cremation, and return of ashes to the family. Zack Sullivan, managing director at Simplicity Cremations, said the plan lets families arrange their own celebration of life after the cremation.
He stated that the service removes the need for hearses, limousines, or ceremonies at the crematorium.
Sullivan told GB News that customers contact the company by phone when needed. Staff then handle collection, care, and cremation before returning the ashes, either by hand delivery or collection from one of the 45 sites. The company lists locations including Beckenham, Birmingham, Brighton, Glasgow, and Sheffield. Services are available throughout mainland England, Scotland, and Wales.
Sullivan said the £1,799 price is up to £296 lower than other leading direct cremation providers as of 15 May 2026. The firm states it does not add hidden fees. Dignity Funerals Limited, the parent company, is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under Firm Reference Number 967130.
