Social Security Benefits Scheduled for July 15 for Recipients Born 2nd Through 11th

Recipients born between the 2nd and 11th of the month are scheduled to receive Social Security benefits on Wednesday, July 15. Most recipients receive payments on Wednesdays according to birth date ranges, with those born from the 1st to 10th paid on the second Wednesday, those born from the 11th to 20th on the third Wednesday, and those born after the 20th on the fourth Wednesday.

Recipients who began receiving benefits before May 1997 generally receive payments on the third day of the month unless it falls on a weekend or holiday.

Recipients who receive both Social Security and Supplemental Security Income typically receive their Social Security payment on the third day of the month and their SSI benefit on the first day of the month. Supplemental Security Income checks are issued on the first business day of the month.

The remaining SSI payment dates for 2026 and January 2027 are Friday, July 31 for August; Tuesday, September 1 for September; Thursday, October 1 for October; Friday, October 30 for November; Tuesday, December 1 for December; and Friday, December 31 for January 2027.
