A memorandum of understanding was signed on April 20, 2026, in Bengaluru, India. The signing occurred on the sidelines of the Korea-India Space Day event, held in Bengaluru on April 20, 2026. The Korea-India Space Day event was jointly hosted by the Korea AeroSpace Administration and IN-SPACe.
IN-SPACe is India's space industry promotion and regulatory agency. Moon Jin-ho, head of Innospace's sales and marketing, and Aparajith Bangalore Subra Manimaran, director of project at Grahaa Space, attended the MOU signing ceremony in Bengaluru on April 20, 2026.
The partnership builds on initial cooperation during Innospace's first commercial launch of its Hanbit-Nano rocket in December 2025. Grahaa Space participated as a satellite customer in that launch. Grahaa Space is based in Bangalore, India.
' Grahaa Space CEO Ramesh Kumar V said, 'We are confident that this partnership embodies a shared emphasis on reliability, transparency and continuous improvement as we advance our nano satellite roadmap.
