The VergeSpaceX has raised the peak power target for its planned AI1 satellite by 67 percent to approximately 250 kilowatts. @SawyerMerritt reported that Elon Musk stated the new average power target will reach 160 kilowatts, a 33 percent increase from the prior 120 kilowatt goal. The upgraded specifications will support an Nvidia Rubin NVL72 rack containing 72 Rubin GPUs.
