SpaceX Shares Reach $161.20 After Public Debut
A Hollywood producer reported holding SpaceX shares purchased about ten years ago. The same investor disclosed earlier positions in several technology companies.

At the close of trading on the first day the stock was publicly available, the price reached $161.20 per share. The investor stated the position would be valued near $50 million based on the closing price.
The same individual described entering technology investments after leaving a prior business partnership.
The producer said a position in another chip company was taken 25 to 30 years ago at $12 per share. That holding remains in the portfolio. The investor also reported early stakes in two artificial-intelligence companies that have discussed possible public offerings. A separate holding in a brain-interface venture was disclosed without a planned stock sale.
A daughter of the producer and her husband operate a company that began as screenplay-management software and now assists creative firms with workflow tools. The company lists major studios among its clients. The producer’s most recent film credit dates to 2018. A fictionalized portrayal of the producer appeared in a 2021 motion picture.
