Under the agreement, Reflection AI will pay SpaceX $150 million per month beginning July 1, 2026.
CNBC reported that payments would total approximately $6.3 billion if the contract runs through 2029. Either party may terminate the contract with 90 days’ notice after the first three months. SpaceX has previously entered computing power agreements with Anthropic, Google, and Cursor, CNBC reported.
SpaceX is acquiring Cursor. The company built the Colossus data center in part to support its own AI operations and has opened capacity to outside customers. Reflection AI is last valued at $25 billion, according to CNBC.
The startup is working with the Department of Energy’s Genesis Mission and has participated in Pentagon AI efforts.
